Refund Policy

Event and subscription plans have a simple return policy. For subscription-based plans, Customer may request full security if GEEK ONLINE does not resolve the issue within the first 15 days of subscription. If GEEK ONLINE can resolve one or more issues, fees will no longer be refunded. GEEK ONLINE may also accept or reject security requests on a case-by-case basis. GEEK ONLINE may agree to provide partial security after deducting the applicable service charge.

For event-based plans, refunds may apply in the following cases::
The customer had all the prerequisites that were necessary to resolve the problem and yet GEEK ONLINE, couldn’t solve the problem when the account was active.

The customer had all the necessary requirements to resolve the issue, but GEEK ONLINE was unable to resolve the issue while the account was active. GEEK ONLINE You must submit a security complaint within 15 days of the technician resolving the issue.

If the problem is outside the scope of a particular plan, customers can request coverage
